Pricing
Three bands. One price each.
Your band is set by total annual registrations and nothing else. Run as many events as you like, on as many logins as you like, printing as many badges as you like. The price does not move.
Band one
A single annual event
One conference, a members’ meeting, and a handful of regional half-days.
Everything in the platform
- Registration, catalogue and payments
- Program builder and event site
- Door, check-in and badging
- Exhibit hall and sponsorship
- Lead capture
- All three apps
- Your own database
Band two
A programme of events
An annual show plus the year around it: chapter meetings, workshops, awards nights, a board retreat.
Everything in the platform
- The same list. The bands do not gate features.
Band three
A large show
A large exhibit floor, priority-points selection, and onsite rebooking during the show.
Everything in the platform
- Still the same list.
The bands change the price, never the product.
The exhibit hall is never an upsell. Your database is never shared. Lead capture never costs your exhibitors a device rental. The smallest customer runs the same platform as the largest one.
Getting your number
One email, one number, no discovery deck.
Tell us your annual registration volume and how many events it covers. You get a price back in the first reply, from the person who built the system.
The number covers the whole platform for the year, and it does not move because your event went well.
Ask for a numberWhat sits outside it
Only two things are billed outside your band.
Nothing about a registration, a badge, a scan or a lead is metered. These two are, and they are both optional.
What your processor charges
Card and ACH fees go to whoever holds your merchant account, at the rate you negotiated. We are not in the flow of funds and take no share of it.
Email, SMS and storage
These cost real money per unit to somebody, so they are billed as used rather than padded into everyone’s flat fee — and you can bring your own provider account for any of them and pay the provider directly instead.
And the one your exhibitors see
You set the price on lead-capture seats.
Seats are a product in your own catalogue, sold through your exhibitor portal at whatever you decide — including nothing. Our charge is fixed per activated seat and lands on your invoice, so the retail price and the margin are both yours rather than a rate a vendor sets over your exhibitors’ heads.
How many people register with you in a year?
That, plus how many events it is spread across, is enough for us to send a price back.
