Event website

Your attendees never learn our name.

There is no vendor watermark anywhere in the product. No “powered by” in the footer. No platform domain on the confirmation email. No third party in your app store listing.

Theming

Brand the whole platform by setting five values.

A brand colour, its ink, a typeface, a mono typeface and a corner radius. Every tint, wash, border and edge computes from those, so a full rebrand takes an afternoon.

Any brand colour stays readable

Text and control contrast is computed against the background it sits on. A very dark brand and a very light one both produce readable buttons without anyone checking by eye.

Status colours stay consistent

Success, caution and failure keep the same colours whatever your brand is. A door volunteer reads the same green at every show they work.

Dark mode falls out of it

Dark mode is generated from the same five values. Nothing to theme twice, and your brand stays legible in both.

The public site

Everything an attendee needs before they register.

The agenda

Sessions, tracks, times, rooms and CE credit hours, published before anyone has to register.

Speakers

Pulled from the speaker portal, so a bio updated in February appears on the site the same day.

The exhibitor directory

Searchable by company name, keyword or booth number, and updated the moment a booth is assigned.

The floor plan

The same map the booths were sold on, with a searchable directory beside it for anyone who cannot use a map.

On the domain and the mail

Your domain, and your sending domain.

Confirmations arrive from an address at your organisation, on your own authenticated sending domain. Your attendees already trust mail from you, so more of it reaches the inbox.

Does your current registration page look like your organisation, or like your vendor?

Check the footer, then check the address the confirmation email came from. Both are yours here.
