Exhibit hall & sponsorship
Sell booths straight off the floor plan.
117 capabilities on the exhibit floor. The map, the contract, the invoice and the exhibitor portal are one system. An exhibitor clicks a booth on the plan and pays for it in the same step.
Selling the floor
Run seniority selection and open checkout on one map.
Most shows use both models in the same year. Priority selection assigns returning exhibitors in the spring; open checkout sells whatever is left. Both run over one booth inventory here.
Model one
Self-serve checkout on the map
An exhibitor picks a booth on the map and pays for it. Fast, and right for an open show or for selling remaining inventory.
Model two
Priority points and timed windows
Rank exhibitors, open a selection window per tier, and keep competitors apart. How most established shows assign space.
Ours
Both, in one system
Run priority selection in ranked windows, then release the remaining booths to open checkout on the same map. No export, no second contract, one report at the end.
The specialist tools do one model or the other. Serving both over one inventory is why this module exists.
The builder
Draw your hall over the venue’s own plan, to scale.
Import the venue plan, calibrate it, and draw the hall on top in feet or metres. A 10×10 booth measures exactly 10×10, so the plan matches the contract.
Import the venue plan as an underlay
Calibrate it to scale and draw on top. No tracing a hall by eye and finding the error at load-in.
Lay out a whole row in one action
Place a row or a block at once rather than booth by booth. A hall takes an afternoon, not a week.
Number booths automatically
By row and aisle convention, with manual override for the aisle at your show that has always been different.
Mark obstructions and services
Columns, low ceilings, power, water, drains and rigging points, shown on the booth an exhibitor is about to buy.
Check aisle width and egress
The plan warns you the moment a change closes an egress route or narrows an aisle below fire code.
Zones and pavilions
Country pavilions, startup alleys, product neighbourhoods — a named, styled grouping over booths that keeps each one individually sellable.
Two staff can edit at once
Changes appear live for both of them and neither overwrites the other. No lost work when two people drag the same row.
Clone last year’s hall
Save a hall as a template and start the next edition from it instead of from a blank canvas.
A searchable directory beside the map
Every booth reachable by name, keyword or number without touching the plan — an equal path for screen-reader users, and the fastest route for anyone holding a printed guide.
Selling it
See which booths are held, contracted and actually paid.
Available, held, reserved, contracted, paid, assigned. Booth status and payment state are tracked separately, so you see at a glance which booths are committed and which are paid.
Two exhibitors, one booth, same second
The booth locks at the point of purchase. The second exhibitor gets an immediate, clear refusal and the booth is never sold twice.
Moving a booth moves the money
Move, merge, upgrade, downgrade and cancel each adjust the order automatically. An upgrade bills the price difference, a cancel refunds or forfeits the deposit, a merge collapses two orders into one.
A change log that settles a dispute
Every assignment, move, merge and cancellation, with who did it and when, over any date range. Answers a billing dispute in under a minute.
Onsite rebooking
Next year’s plan, on the floor, while the exhibitor is still standing in this year’s booth and still remembers how it went. Frequently the single largest revenue event of your year — and absent from most competitors’ published material entirely.
Revenue
Sell sponsorships and ad placements on the map.
Sell logo placements, banner ads and open floor space on the plan itself, plus app inventory and premium directory listings. All priced, limited, and bought in the same cart as the booth.
Placements on the plan
Sell booth logos, banner ads and open-space placements on the map, priced by the traffic evidence you already hold.
A live sponsorship gallery
Browsable, priced and filterable, with checkout. Sold-out tiers disappear the moment they sell.
App and digital inventory
Banners, splash screens and title sponsorship in the attendee app. Sponsored pushes pass the same consent rules as any other message.
Premium directory listings
Featured placement, enhanced logo, video. Self-serve upgrade from the exhibitor’s own portal.
One cart for booth, sponsorship and add-ons
An exhibitor buys a booth, a sponsorship and four lead-capture seats in one checkout. Sponsorships also sell on their own, to sponsors who never wanted a booth.
The exhibitor’s side
Your exhibitors serve themselves in their own portal.
Booth, staff badges, lead-capture seats, deadlines, documents and the directory profile, in one place on your brand. Your exhibitors answer their own questions instead of emailing you.
How do you assign space today — and how many vendors does it take?
If the answer involves an export between two systems, that export is the thing this replaces.
