Apps
Three apps, all included in your subscription.
A staff app, an exhibitor app and an attendee app, each built for one job. All three are included at every band — no per-seat charge and no scanner rental.
| App | Who signs in | Published as | Can see |
|---|---|---|---|
| Staff | Your door, kiosk and session staff | One app, every organizer | Rosters, attendance, their own shift |
| Exhibitor | Booth reps, on their own account | One app, every show | Their own leads. Nothing else. |
| Attendee | Your attendees | Under your identity, not ours | Their own registration |
Staff & organizer app
Everything a volunteer needs for their shift.
The app opens on the volunteer's shift for today: where, when, which door, which sessions. Most volunteers need no training at all.
Their shift is the home screen
Where to be, when, which door and which sessions. No menu to navigate before they see it.
Confirms they are set up for the room
Roster loaded, scope correct, device ready. Confirmed on screen before they walk in.
Their supervisor is one tap away
The escalation outcomes put the supervisor one tap away on the screen that needs them, so a volunteer facing a difficult conversation hands it over instead of improvising.
Hand the device to the next shift
A handover closes one volunteer's session and opens the next, so every scan stays traceable to the person who made it.
A scan log on the device
The volunteer checks their own recent scans without finding a supervisor to ask.
Close out at the end of a session
Scanned, expected and no-shows in one summary, and any unsynced scans are pushed before the volunteer leaves.
Every outcome has colour, icon and text
Readable by colour-blind staff and readable in a dim hall, which covers most of them.
Guidance on the outcome itself
The wording to use appears on the screen showing the refusal. Nobody opens a help section mid-queue.
Large targets and dynamic type
Volunteer staff skew older at association events, and halls are dim. Large targets and dynamic type are what make the shift work, not a compliance checkbox.
Bring your own devices
Volunteers scan on their own phones, so there is no crate of hardware to rent, charge, distribute and chase down on the last afternoon. Everyone signs in as themselves, at no extra cost, and every scan stays attributable to the person who made it.
Exhibitor app
One app your exhibitors keep between shows.
It reads any badge at any show, so your exhibitors keep it installed all year and their leads from every show live in one place. They already know how to use it when they reach your floor.
Their leads, and only theirs
Separate users, separate permissions, separate app. No exhibitor can reach another exhibitor's leads or your roster.
Booth, staff and deadlines
What they booked, who is on the badge list, and what is due when. The questions that otherwise arrive in your inbox.
Works with the hall wifi down
Same offline core as the door. Capture continues with no signal and syncs when it returns.
Attendee app
Published under your name. Never ours.
Your attendees download your app from your own App Store and Play Store listing. Your name, your icon, your ratings. Our name appears nowhere in it.
The badge opens in one tap
From a cold launch, with no menu and no scrolling. An attendee holding one credential opens straight onto it rather than onto a list with one row in it.
Agenda, schedule, floor plan and wallet
Their personal schedule, the sessions they are booked into, the floor plan with their saved booths, and the pass in Apple or Google Wallet. Changes update in place.
Your listing, and it survives review
Published from your developer account, the way Apple requires.
Apple accepts a template-built app only when the owner of the content submits it, so the route we use is the one that clears review — and a vendor offering to submit on your behalf is on the wrong side of that guideline. You get a signed, configured build, a submission runbook and hands-on support through the handoff and every update after it. Your app, your listing, your ratings, permanently.
And if you never ship an app at all
The full attendee experience runs in the browser — agenda, schedule, floor plan, credential and all. Every capability reaches you through the API first, so shipping an app is a distribution decision you can take next year instead of this one.
How many volunteers work your door, and what are they holding?
If the answer is “rented scanners and a shared login”, both go away in the subscription you already pay for.
